With a whole beef share, custom processing is offered, all beef is processed at Park Ranch Meats Processing, Minden NV. 

This is for a DEPOSIT ONLY on a whole beef, next availability is JULY 2026 (exact dates pending). You will be billed for your share once it has arrived for processing. Final payment is due before pickup. 

Total cost for WHOLE Angus x Wagyu Beef is $4,750 this includes processing fees 

Meat yield is estimated between 430-450lbs this can vary depending on types of cuts. Offal, Suet and Soup bones are available at no extra charge

If you fail to pay before pickup, your beef share will be picked up by Bar Diamond X Ranch, if payment is not made within 3 days, your share will go to the next customer in line and your deposit will NOT be refunded. 

Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days before scheduled processing date.
