We grow the diverse forage our cattle graze daily, carefully timing their afternoon grazing when natural plant sugars are at their peak to encourage exceptional marbling and flavor. Our cattle are handled daily with low-stress practices, resulting in calm, healthy animals and premium-quality beef.
