Top Round Steaks are excellent when marinated and cooked quickly over high heat, then sliced thinly against the grain. They’re perfect for steak sandwiches, stir-fry, fajitas, or a simple grilled steak dinner. Because top round is naturally lean, we recommend avoiding overcooking for the best texture.
