With a 1/2 beef share, custom processing is offered, all beef is processed at Park Ranch Meats Processing, Minden NV. 

This is for a DEPOSIT ONLY on a 1/4 beef, next availability is JULY 2026 (exact dates pending). You will be billed for your share once it has arrived for processing. Final payment is due before pickup. 

Total cost for WHOLE Purebred Wagyu Beef is $1,687.50 this includes processing fees 

Meat yield is estimated between 150-200lbs this can vary depending on types of cuts. Offal, Suet and Soup bones are available at no extra charge.

We carefully manage their grazing schedule, turning cattle out during the afternoon when natural plant sugars and nutrients are at their peak to help support beautiful marbling, rich flavor, and a premium eating experience — all without grain finishing.

Grass-finishing also reflects our commitment to animal wellness and responsible ranching. Our cattle are handled daily using low-stress practices, resulting in calm, healthy animals and consistently high-quality beef.

Please Note:

If you fail to pay before pickup, your beef share will be picked up by Bar Diamond X Ranch, if payment is not made within 3 days, your share will go to the next customer in line and your deposit will NOT be refunded. 

Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days before scheduled processing date, by purchasing a deposit, you agree to these terms.
