With a quarter beef share, custom processing is not offered. Beef is processed at Park Ranch Meats Processing, Minden NV  

This is for a DEPOSIT ONLY on a 1/4 beef, next availability is JULY 2026 (exact dates pending). You will be billed for your share once it has arrived for processing. Final payment is due before pickup. 

Total cost for 1/4 Angus x Wagyu Beef is $1,187 this includes processing fees 

Meat yield is estimated between 100-120lbs this can vary depending on types of cuts.

If you fail to pay before pickup, your beef share will be picked up by Bar Diamond X Ranch, if payment is not made within 3 days, your share will go to the next customer in line and your deposit will NOT be refunded. 

Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days before scheduled processing date.
