With half a beef share, you will receive custom processing at Park Ranch Meats Processing, Minden Nevada. 

This is for a DEPOSIT ONLY on a 1/2 beef, next availability is JULY 2026 (exact dates pending). You will be billed for your share once it has arrived for processing. Final payment is due before pickup. 

Total cost for 1/2 non-wagyu influenced Beef is $2,200 this includes processing fees 

Meat yield is estimated between 215-230lbs, this can vary depending on types of cuts.

If you fail to pay before pickup, your beef share will be picked up by Bar Diamond X Ranch, if payment is not made within 3 days, your share will go to the next customer in line and your deposit will NOT be refunded. 

Deposits are fully refundable up to 30 days before scheduled processing date.
